eating your week.

Sketch the problem in a few lines — plain description, voice note, screenshots of the current mess, English or Chinese. We’ll tell you whether it’s buildable and roughly how, with a proposal and itemized quote within 48 hours. And if we think you shouldn’t build it, we’ll say exactly that.

BEFORE YOU WRITEFive honest answers

You might be wondering.

What does a project cost?

Quotes are built from scope, itemized line by line. After the first conversation you get, within 48 hours: what we’d build, what it costs, how long it takes. Nothing is billed before you’ve seen and accepted a quote — and if the quote doesn’t suit you, that costs nothing either.

You’re in China. Can you work with a company in North America or Europe?

Yes — remote is our default, in English or Chinese. Scoping, weekly demos and delivery all happen over email and video calls, and the timezone gap means work moves while you sleep. Hardware deployments outside China are scoped case by case: we specify and configure remotely, then walk your local hands through the physical install.

Will our data end up training some model?

No. On self-hosted deployments the model runs on your own hardware — your data never leaves your network in the first place. Where a cloud route is chosen, we use enterprise APIs with training disabled. Confidentiality goes into the contract, and source code and data belong to you.

We’re not a technical company. Will we actually manage to use this?

Yes. Delivery includes training: the prompts and workflows your team needs come preconfigured, and we teach until it sticks. Anything that comes up later is a message away.

Once it’s built, who do we call when something breaks?

Us. Launch includes a support period, renewable yearly, with response times and scope written into the contract. Monitoring pages us within ten minutes of a fault — often we’re on it before you’ve noticed. Servers, domains and certificates are watched too, so the boring things stop being your problem.
