A China-based AI studio · working worldwide

Put AI to work. Keep it working.

We take companies across the AI water: private models on hardware you own, software built in weeks, product video in every language you sell in — and a crew that stays aboard after launch.

0 MThe surface · why we exist

Most companies don’t need an AI strategy. They need working systems — quotes that can’t slip below cost, inquiries answered before morning, video that sells in four languages.

Our Chinese name, 中孚, is hexagram 61 of the I Ching: inner truth. Its judgment — “it furthers one to cross the great water” — gave us our English one. We are the boat. We carry you over, and we keep the ferry running.

SOUNDINGThe practice · four depths

The deeper it sits,
the more we care.

Everything we build sits at some depth in your company — from what the world sees to what nothing else can reach. We work the whole water column, and we price each depth honestly.

01 · 0 M — THE SURFACE Being seen

Seen, in every market.

Product film and ad creative made with AI — explainers, store promos, digital presenters — at a fraction of crew-and-camera cost. Vertical cuts for TikTok, Reels and Shorts; script, subtitles and voiceover in English, Spanish, Arabic, Russian and more, all from one pipeline.

  • A fresh batch every few days — AI-generated, human-finished, cheap enough to actually A/B test
  • One pipeline, every language you sell in — same footage, new market
  • Official platform APIs only — no bot farms, no bought views, nothing that risks your accounts

02 · −20 M — THE WORKING LAYER Where the day happens

Software in weeks,
priced like it.

Websites, customer portals, dashboards, back-office systems — built with AI at every step, around your workflow rather than a template. Work that used to hold a team for a quarter now ships in weeks, and the savings land in your quote, not just our margin.

  • Tooling we’ve built before and build well: inquiry parsing, quote generation, cost engines
  • Working demos weekly — steer while changing course is still cheap
  • Hosting, domains and launch handled; changes after launch turn around fast

03 · −60 M — THE DEEP Data sovereignty

Your own AI,
below anyone’s reach.

Open-weight models — DeepSeek, Qwen, Llama — on hardware you own: an appliance in the office or GPU servers in your rack. We size it, source it, install it, tune it. Your team uses it over the internal network; nothing is uploaded anywhere. And when a cloud API is honestly the better call, we put the full 24-month cost of both routes side by side, in writing. You decide.

  • Files never leave the building — a deployment your compliance officer can love
  • Hardware procured at cost, receipts handed over as they are
  • Handover means handover — knowledge base loaded, staff trained until it sticks

04 · SEABED What everything rests on

After launch,
we stay aboard.

Systems die of neglect, not bad code — the server bill nobody renewed, the backup nobody ever made. Here, maintenance is a service line with its own contract: servers, domains and certificates watched in one place; data backed up daily; faults paging us within ten minutes, any hour of the day.

  • Response times and scope in the contract, not implied
  • Daily backups — when something truly breaks, we roll back
  • Hardware diagnosed remotely — your hands, our eyes, step by step

VOYAGE LOGHome-textile exporter · Zhejiang, China

One client’s crossing.

Eight years exporting fabrics, sofa covers and curtains. Three problems: video output stuck far below what the market eats, overnight inquiries going cold by morning, and quoting that lived in one veteran’s head. We built three modules on one shared data backbone — and costed the cloud and self-hosted routes over 24 months, in writing, before building anything.

Name and commercial figures withheld at the client’s request. Figures are costed estimates with stated assumptions — never traffic promises.

THE REFUSALSWhat we won’t take aboard

Four things we refuse to sell.

“Guaranteed traffic.”

Views depend on content and algorithms. Anyone who guarantees them is lying to you — we’d rather lose the deal than borrow that lie.

Bot farms and bought views.

What gets banned is the account you spent years building. We publish through official platform APIs, and nothing else.

AI that quotes on its own.

One misplaced decimal costs more than the whole system. Anything with a price in it passes a human before it leaves — this gate cannot be switched off.

Finish and vanish.

Maintenance is a business line here, not a favor. The support clock starts the day you launch.

The rest goes in writing too: the math shown on every effect figure, hardware at cost with receipts handed over, and fees refunded pro rata if we miss agreed acceptance criteria for reasons on our side.

Tell us the problem

A call or an email. Free — and if we’re not the right fit, we say so on the spot.

02

Get a proposal

Within 48 hours: what we’d build, what it costs, how long it takes. Deployments come with both routes costed side by side.

03

Build & deliver

Weekly working demos. You steer early, while changing course is cheap — no big reveal at the end.

04
